Terzo CEO Brandon Card Featured in Business Insider on Investing in Employee Mental Health

Card discusses using Terzo's growth to build toward in-house mental health support for employees

LOS ANGELES, Calif., September 16, 2026. Terzo, an enterprise AI platform that extracts financial intelligence from contracts and supplier documents, was featured in a Business Insider essay published July 22, 2026. In the essay, founder and CEO Brandon Card discussed why he is prioritizing employee mental health as the company grows.

In the essay, Card describes how personal loss during Terzo's early years changed what success meant to him and how he leads. He talks openly about seeing a therapist so employees feel comfortable doing the same. He wants to build on that openness as Terzo scales.

"I'm hoping I can set a standard for mental health care within Terzo, and that Terzo can set off a domino effect for other companies," Card wrote in the essay.

What Card says comes next

Card shares a longer-term goal of bringing in-house mental health professionals to Terzo for all employees. He sees the company's current stage as an advantage: small and flexible enough to try new approaches to workplace mental health as the team grows.

Terzo was founded in 2020 and operates across the United States, Canada, and India, serving enterprise customers in finance, legal, IT, supply chain, sales, and procurement. Terzo's careers page lists current job openings.
