Integrity Staffing Solutions, a national workforce solutions provider, today named two longtime leaders to expanded executive roles: James Berger as Chief Revenue Officer and Brandon Blanton as Chief Operating Officer. Both appointments are effective immediately.

As CRO, Berger will lead Integrity's commercial organization — sales, marketing, business development, sales enablement, and revenue operations — with a focus on building a predictable growth engine that expands market presence and deepens client partnerships.

As COO, Blanton will oversee operational execution, including market operations, recruiting, onsite programs, strategic sourcing, and client delivery, with an emphasis on the service quality and workforce solutions clients rely on from Integrity.

Together, the appointments create a clearer leadership focus across two areas central to Integrity’s long-term strategy: commercial growth and operational delivery. For employers managing high-volume hiring, new site launches, seasonal demand, or changing workforce needs, growth and execution have to move together. Berger’s expanded role will bring Integrity’s commercial teams into closer alignment around client development, market opportunity, and revenue operations. With sales, marketing, business development, sales enablement, and revenue operations under dedicated leadership, Integrity will continue to strengthen its ability to identify client needs, support market growth, and build long-term partnerships.

Blanton’s expanded role will focus on the operational teams responsible for delivering workforce programs across markets and client sites. That includes recruiting, strategic sourcing, onsite coordination, and client delivery. In high-volume staffing environments, consistent execution is critical to fill rates, associate readiness, service continuity, and client confidence.
